I remember when I was six years old our next door neighbor decided to put their old toilet out in their back yard and turned it into a planter. It was pretty funny.

Ohhh. Why am I just now seeing the toilet?
This is still a notch below "mattress set at curb with free sign left in the rain for six weeks"

I admit that when we were getting our old house ready to sell I replaced a toilet and left the old one in the back yard for a couple of days. I will say in my own defense that we didn’t have a house behind us.

My driveway has been a cornucopia of construction debris for the last 2 months. I've had 2 toilets, a busted up vanity, shower surrounds, a sawed in half tub, wood, drywall, old shelves... You name it. I just hope the neighbors will appreciate when the house eventually looks really nice.

Yard’s gone to shit.

Their property value is circling the bowl.

Hopefully they won't poo-poo the HOA's warnings.
